Hardena Resto Indonesian Resto in Philadelphia

Mrs. Ena Widjojo and her husband Mr. Harry Widjojo and her three daughters opened Hardena Resto in 2001, 10 years after coming to Uncle Sam's country in 1990.
They are now residents of Philadelphia.
Berbagai macam pilihan lauk pauk Hardena Waroeng Surabaya (philadelphianeighborhoods.com)There are more than 10,000 Indonesians in the area, and that's what makes this family open a food stall. Mrs. Ena explained that there are not many food stalls in Indonesia there, and one of the goals to open a restaurant is for Indonesians in Philadephia to cure the taste of the Indonesian cuisine.
"I want everyone to know, we have Indonesian cuisine here, and all told about Indonesian culture so rich" said bu Ena.
Mrs. Ena says that she loves all Indonesian dishes and enjoys cooking. Ena proudly tells how varied Indonesian cuisine is, and the seasonings are so varied, depending on the island of origin of the dish.
Mrs. Ena is fond of cooking. From the beginning, he already knew that he had to open a restaurant, shoulder to shoulder with his family.
Malio Widjojo, his eldest son, said that he had forgotten since when he started cooking with his mother. Been a long time. Malio says that he learns new things every day from his mother.
"I only know 30% of what mothers know" Malio said about his mother's knowledge so much about how to set up his food stall.
Every day, Mrs. Ena opens her restaurant at 7 am, cooks, cleans it, and helps serve customers and closes the shop at 8 pm. He is the main force of Hadena Resto.
Every night, Bu Ena cooks something different, something new. Korean BBQ is her family's favorite cuisine, and one of Mrs Ena's specialties as well.

"He's really looking after his family, guarding his house, well," said Mr. Harry, with a big smile. Mr. Harry knows that opening a food stall is a perfect decision. Widjojo's family agreed that working with family, better than working with others.Bu Ena's place makes Indonesian cuisine in his Restaurant
And Bu Ena always dreamed of having a restaurant, and fortunately, she did not find any significant obstacles in the process of opening it.
As quoted by Philadephia Neighborhood, Hardena Resto was selected as Best Indonesian Restaurant in Philadelphia Magazine's Best of Philly competition. Hardena Resto is also discussed in depth at The Layover with Anthony Bourdain.
"My wife and I like Thai food, so I think Indonesian cuisine will only be slightly different, but we found something else, we are so happy with their food and service, and the restaurant owner is very, very good," he said. The Wheeler's heard the restaurant from Anthony Bourdain's website about restaurants to visit in Philadelphia.
The home atmosphere at Hardena Resto is indeed a hallmark of the restaurant, and most of them say thank you for having such a different experience before leaving the restaurant.
