Chicken Cordon Bleu
chikencordonbleu Cordon Bleu means blue ribbon (French: cordon, ribbon and bleu, blue). While the phrase cordon bleumempunyai the meaning of people who are highly recognized kepakarannya in a field, especially Master Chef.
If there is a chicken addition in front of it what this menu means is a dish with chicken ingredients that are famous for its delicious or the chicken up the classroom wearing a blue ribbon? : mrgreen:
Basically this dish is a type of steak is a piece of meat that is cut thick and processed by baking / baking or fried. In chicken cordon bleu, this meat is rolled together with bacon and cheese to produce a delicious blend of flavor.
I forget the first time to eat ciken blu blu but the rich is still quite satisfied because then I tried to make it myself. One day try to order this menu in a cafe that is quite famous (dare not mention the name of the cafet: oops:) .. less good! Very sorry because the price written on the menu is quite expensive for the size of an unpalatable meal: mrgreen:

Material:
2 chicken breast
salt
pepper powder
1 orange juice
4 pieces of cow / chicken bacon
4 pieces of single cheddar cheese
100 grams of wheat flour
1 egg, shake off
150 grams of bread crumb
500 ml of oil for frying
Sauce:
1 cup of fresh milk
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 part of the onion
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp oil
How to make:
Chicken the chicken breast to thin, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper on both sides, soak with lime juice for about 1 hour
Place 2 pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of cheese over chicken, roll and puncture with a toothpick or tie with a rope so that the roll is not damaged
Roll over the flour until smooth but do not let the flour stick too much
Insert it into shaken eggs
Dress with breadcrumb or bread crump until the entire surface is closed
Fry in deep fry oil over medium heat until browned - I cook it over medium heat to give time to perfectly cooked chicken before bread crumb or bread crump becomes browned.
Lift and drain
Serve warm with rice or fries
Sauce:
Saute the onions with oil until browned
Stir in milk, mayonnaise, and cornstarch until blended
Enter into onion stir-fry
Add salt, sugar and pepper powder
stir slowly until the sauce is cooked and thickened
